  Unable to edit my previous review as promised. Here is my honest recount of my experience. When I contacted ira regarding a pole that fell while I was driving almost killing me and another driver immediately I thought he had a lot of knowledge regarding the body, nerve endings, the muscles and bones etc... in fact he pointed out to me that my neck n shoulder is leaning. He says that he takes pride in responding to clients but that’s a lie. In October I called his office because they told me to go see the neurologist again and when I did they had discontinued my no fault. I called the office to update them and left a message and neither him nor his paralegals called or email me back. I’ve had the same email address for years and my number was changed in March because our account was compromised makes me wonder now if they had anything to do with that. Point is between October and March is five whole months. No phone calls responding to my last call in October. This does not surprise me because I’m black and my life isn’t worth $4 here... if you are of color don’t waste your time here, ....what’s funny about this my husband made a joke to me in December when family visited, I said jokingly I’ll get a divorce lol n he said well if ur lawyer is like ira u wld never get a divorce. Lol.. put on top of that he was working on a bigger case which obviously was more important than mine... you’d want someone to handle your “small” case the same way they would a “big” one. We contacted him yesterday or day before to find out he decided to remove himself claiming we never responded which is a lie.. I contacted him last. Then I left a review on his page and all of a sudden he can reach out to me via the same email I’ve had n he’s had and used but didn’t use between October last year and two days ago.

  When I first met Ira I didn’t know if he be able to help me or not before I presented him with my case . As I explained the situation he listened to me and gave me his opinion and professional advice. Just when I felt there isn’t any hope and I won’t be able to do much about my injury claim, he first takes my case . 2nd calls me a month later n said all is well checking with me to know how I am doing besides the case and that meant a lot to me n family . When it’s all said n done I win and I thank Ira for fighting for me n making it all possible. I refer anyone with any legal issues to contact him. he’s just simply a real down to earth man with such a huge heart that goes out n beyound for his clients Thank you Ira .

  I met with Ira in early August 2017 after my Mom, Kathleen was hit by car while walking to her car in Jefferson Valley N.Y. on Sunday July 30th. I arranged for Ira to have an initial consultation with my Mom while she was in rehab. I was so very impressed by the concern and time Ira took in that initial meeting with Mom. Ira was considerate, thoughtful, caring, and provided Mom with all the information she would need, to afford her the comfort that she would receive throughout the litigation process. Ira took the time to both call and visit Mom over the past 7 months which was extremely thankful for. My Mom and i could not be more satisfied with the outcome of her claim. My Mom recently received her award and more importantly, we as a Family have gained a friend for life.
