  I love love love this place! We went on new years eve with some friends, the lady who worked there was very welcoming and told us to try all the models they have to compare and contrast, when I asked questions she didn't have knowledge of, she looked up and gave us her experience. My tagalongs who wasn't interested in the massage chair had full cycle massage on 3 other chairs and the experience was so nice that they are also considering getting one. They lady also told us to measure our door width (because some models does not come apart). After I placed my order, I had some issue with the pricing and when I called the customer service number, it was very helpful too. I am very happy with this shopping. *update, I forgot to mention we also brought 2 toddlers, the baby one was crying and fussy so my husband and I had to take turns trying the massage chair, but the lady was very patient and she made it so easy.
