  Beautiful space for small events. Not the ideal location if your guests don't want to climb stairs and the entrance is not easily noticeable. Bathroom is a floor down.

  Stairs too steep- not really clean entrance- party room was cute not really large for a large event

  Awesome setup and owner was nice. Be aware that you have to walk up 3 flights though. This took foreever to bring decorations up there. but my party was a success and I would rent this place again. Best in the area.
