::I called the owner before stopping in. When I arrived, the owner had 1 client while she was busy facilitating an online training. I waited approximately 30 minutes without really speaking with owner about my hair. The owner was rude and appeared to be working more on her online business than attending to the hair needs of her potential clients. Update: Upon receiving a reply to my fair, yet unpleasant review of Elisa’s inability to handle a professional situation, I was met with a long, interesting response that I felt needed further explanation. Because it was a mere consultation that over the phone you said would be perfectly fine. I was led to believe that when I arrived I would be receiving the uptmost customer service only to find that I would only have “five minutes” to greet and receive a card. Unfortunately, the class (that I was unaware would run concurrently with my consultantation) took priority which I was ready to forgive. However, the unprofessionalism of this individual, who represents a “highly reputable” salon, shocked me because of her rudeness on the phone that was punctuated with a hang up. I am extremely glad that this one occurence has made you reshape how you run your salon; I only hope that your communication and demeanor also improves along with these changes. Probably for the best, I will not be entrusting LocDoc Natural Hair Studio with my hair anytime in the future. Sincerely, Linda PS: I would not like any further communications...
