  The food was quickly made and quickly eaten. Definitely delicious and great for a fresh morning start. The owner was very friendly and joked around when I accidentally spilled my coffee, then helped clean it. :) He even gave my friend a bagel after he changed his mind on what bread he wanted for a sandwich. Super cool dude. Good food. Would recommend.

  If you're going anywhere else in Hoboken for omelettes or egg sandwiches, you're doing it wrong. Unless it's the uptown Little Grocery, which is equally good. (Also doesn't hurt that both places are run by three generations of a super nice family!)

  This place was so charming! I came here for breakfast to get away from the chains by my hotel. I ordered a egg and cheese and coffee (only $5) and it was delicious! The owner was very friendly too. You can get it to go or eat at a table inside the cafe.

  Absolute best omelets I've ever had. Exceptionally friendly owners, and very quaint vibe. Will go back every time I am in Hoboken.
