::Apparently they close at 4:30pm but they still let you make appointments for when they are closed. Showed up for my 6:00pm appointment and nobody was there. I was never informed that it was cancelled or anything. Complete waste of time.
Arm Bar
::I will go 2 1/2 stars. Mixed reviews. Went a few months ago and the NP I saw then, he was awesome. Today 7/19/22 she was nice enough but, with no other patients waiting, man o man did she rush me in and out. I had a covid test negative earlier in the week but, worsening symptoms. Today, no test. I guess you can't get covid with a week of a test. Seemed extremely uninterested in genuinely helping. And I suppose folks aren't treated or tested for influenza anymore.

::I totally see why this Little Clinic gets great reviews in comparison to the others in the vicinity. Both the lady running the desk (sadly forgot her name), and Jennafer were super engaged and helpful with my sudden neck strain. (Since it was a Saturday morning, my primary care office was closed) I booked an appointment online and was able to get an appointment set up with an hour notice. I was taken back immediately and it only took 20-25 minutes to be checked out and provided next steps. I was also given a helpful sheet as well with additional tips on helping my sprain. I appreciate the level of care I received on such sort notice.

::Made an appointment online for my daughter who has been feeling ill. Front desk receptionist/MA was super friendly and helped us check in. Once we got in the room, the ANRP, Keith, was a the most friendly, professional, helpful physician i have ever met!!! He made my daughter feel so comfortable and made her smile. He explained everything with her at her level which was so amazing!!! I highly reccomend this location, and its staff!!!! Thanks!!!!

::It was almost lunch time but Melissa and her staff found the time to see me before taking off to go eat. They are friendly, compassionate, and showed me some helpful tools to save money on my pharmacy bills. Yes, I know it’s not in the fancy Newport Kroger, but the Little Clinic here makes the trip to the Bellevue Kroger worth every minute. Thanks, Melissa!
