::I went to the clinic at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon after pre-registration, I waited until 4:30 but I expect to wait for medical service. Once I got in, Lisa Hill APN and assistant were fast, efficient and very compassionate. Quickly found Flu A and ear infection. Always better to have a diagnosis than WebMD. Received a follow up call 2 days later. If you can't see your PCP I definitely recommend these two. The downside is the waiting area. Sick on display and overstimulating.

::I was nervous about having to take a 2 and 3 year old to the clinic today! We were able to check in on the app before going where they gave me an estimated time to arrive! When we got there we were next up and were literally able to walk straight back after checking in! The NP and nurse were so friendly! They got us in quick and were so good to my girls! I really appreciate their patience and kindness. There was a wait time of 1 and a half hours which is not easy with two toddlers so being able to check in online and receive excellent care is more than I could ever ask for! Thank you Kroger at Bryan Station the little clinic is doing an excellent job!

::I have never had anyone treat me this way in my whole life. I went to be seen and the provider and the clerk were too busy talking when I first walked in, I was treated like I had interrupted their conversation. I completed signing in and sat down. When the clerk asked for my information and I gave it to her she continued to be rude and rolled her eyes several times. She treated me like I was an idiot and as someone who is in the medical field I will tell you that this is not the field for you if you can't deal with the public. I ended up asking for my information back and said I would go elsewhere. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. When someone is sick, they want to be provided care, not treated with disrespect.
