  Showed up for my appointment early and was told I can’t be seen for 30 mins after my time. I came back 30 mins after my time and was told I can’t be seen for another hour. Not to mention while waiting I heard the pharmacy tech loudly call another customer a “f****** b****” lol this place is a joke

  Ridiculous and should not exist. Tried to gaslight us into leaving, then brought patient back into room just to leave and see another patient who got here after us. Lied and said they were looking for something. I can only imagine the quality of care of physicians that act like this. Also refused to consider a very plausable diagnosis and instead chose one that would require little to no work on their part. Avoid at all costs, students or otherwise.

  Wow they weren’t kidding. I got there at 830 for my appointment and they said they made a mistake and I couldn’t get my appointment till 1220. They let me sit there till 10 thought! How nice! And they couldn’t even squeeze me in with the no people that came in during the entire time. Wow what great people. Garbage. Don’t come here even if you’re dying.

  Wasted my money without reason. Unless you need a provider's note for a negative COVID test, save your money and get an over the counter test to do yourself. I came in for a COVID test as I thought they would send it to a lab, but instead they used a rapid test which I could have purchased myself for $10-20 from a rack 10 feet away from The Little Clinic entrance. Even with insurance, I'm stuck with a $40 bill. Not trying to be that person, but I'm sure anyone would agree that's straight up ridiculous (not for the cost, but the fact it was unnecessary). Staff was nice, but I'd think they were nicer if they told me upfront they would only do an over the counter rapid test which anyone could do themselves.

  Please please please do not go here. Honestly everyone was really nice but they can’t help you. They will just tell you but cold medicine from the store. Went there yesterday and then called back today because I’ve been in terrible pain for the past 16 hrs. Called for an hour with no answer. Called Kroger and they said they closed early today because something came up. They closed 3 hrs early! Heading to urgent care now but yesterday’s trip to the little clinic was a complete waste of time and money.
