  Ehh, it’s a cool concept on it’s face but the substance is lacking. I’ve eaten dinner and breakfast here. All the meals I’ve eaten have been delicious and the portions good, but it’s nothing new. You’re basically paying for a hipster environment. It’s definitely worth a try!

  Food was good and we loved the vibe. We sat outside on the picnik table and the host wouldn't let me sit right next to my wife, he said because they seat people communally and they may need to sit others at our table. I had to sit across from her even though there was 3 totally open tables. Just wanted to sit next to her on our anniversary.

  Very disappointed, for the following reasons: 1. Was seated at the bar by a very pleasant hostess, who greeted with a warm smile (the only reason this is not 1☆). 2. It took the bartender 5 minutes to acknowledge me (was going to order a drink with dinner, but lost the vibe for it...was still hungry, though). It took the bartender another 5 minutes to subsequently come back around to take the order. Strike 1. 3. Fish of the day on the menu - yet not available. Miffed, but still here. Strike 2. Ordered crab cakes and a dinner entre. 4. Another 5 minutes later the bartender comes back around, informs me that they are out of crab cakes. Strike 3, I leave. 5. There is a pizza place and 2 other restaurants within a block on Broad Avenue. Fingers crossed.

  Not sure if I was super hungry or the food was super good. Nice friendly service. Food came out at a reasonable time. Burger was cooked perfectly just as I asked (Medium-Well). Didn't try any of the alcoholic drinks but they had plenty to choose from. The place is small so you are sitting very close to strangers. Keep that in mind if you are anti social. Definitely will be back several more times...

  Old liquor store that was cleared out and sparsely decorated in a 1940s-50s vibe. Ambitious menu with a cuban slant and breakfasts served all day. Large cocktail menu at upper end but reasonable prices. Went for lunch with a group of five. Arrived just before noon and were seated immediately but soon after a line started forming. Most of us had the Cuban sandwiches served piled high with ham, roast pork, mustard and pickles. The meats were tender and delicious and the sandwich is served on housed baked rolls that are crunchy and delicious. The sandwich probably weighs more than 1/2 pound so it will last for two lunches if you can stop yourself from eating the porky goodness. Lots of things looked wonderful and this will definitely become a regular for me.
