  They know there bugs and how to get rid of them! The whole team there couldn't be more pleasant and accommodating during such an unpleasant situation. Not cheap but worth it so you don't have to stress.

  My daughter complained of itching as I was getting her ready for school. I checked her head several minutes but had a hard time spotting anything as her hair is so light. Eventually I got one and immediately called this place. I didn't expect anyone to pick up at 7 am but she did. And we had an appointment by 8:30. MaryAnn was so patient with my daughter as her hair is very fine. She showed me what you look for and how to perform checks and treatment on my own. Very educational.

  While I didn't go to the lice lady, I called her tonight at 10:00 PM, because one of the girls I babysit for had a nit, and I was worried. She was extremely calming and advised me on what to do and made me feel so much better! I really appreciated the fact that not only was she accessible at a late hour, but she advised me what to do in the situation even though it was of no monetary gain to her. There are few people like this left!
