  Cancelled my booking due to "invalid VISA". Bank has confirmed that VISA is valid. VISA was used to book a different hotel. Do not trust their booking system.

  This place cancelled my booking less than 12 hours prior to my arrival. Avoid even considering booking with them. I would have given 0 stars but it would not allow me. They did not offer me any assistance or compensation for cancelling on me.
