  Michelle is a superb advocate, and has represented me since 2009. I was a young professional who was diagnosed with a severe chronic medical condition that made me unable to work. Luckily, I carried personal disability insurance. The company refused to acknowledge my disability and would not pay my benefits. Michelle was able to not only prove my case and successfully instill my benefits, but she also was very caring and personable; making sure that I was I was doing okay, with both the stress of the proceedings as well as my health. After the first year of the disability payments the company paying my benefits was able to challenge that my conditions was not permanent and that I would be able to work for some sort of company, even part time. Once again, Michelle prevailed on my behalf and I am now permanently disabled. The insurance company is able to check up on my health every year so I am still in contact with Michelle. I trust Michelle completely for all future work that may pop up. She made what would have been a terrible, unrelenting, and difficult process relatively easy, and her office even contacts your doctors for you. Her office is very personable, efficient and friendly. I will recommend Michelle Roberts to any individual in need of an advocate for ERISA disability issues. If I had not used Michelle I do not think my life would be possible. Due to her I am receiving my rightful paycheck and able to live day to day without worrying about putting food on the table. I am sincerely grateful to both Michelle and her firm for their success on my behalf. This is the best firm you will find!! I even moved to Sacramento and I still have her as my advocate because I know I cannot find any other that is as supportive, caring, and efficient as the Roberts Bartolic firm.

  I cannot recommend the attorneys at Roberts Bartolic LLP enough. If you’re looking for a skilled team of ERISA attorneys to appeal the denial of a long-term disability claim, they are the best lawyers out there. Michael Bartolic is very knowledgeable about disability claims and is considered an expert in this field. His office staff is very responsive, friendly, and make their clients feel like they are truly cared for. If an insurance company has denied your disability claim, don’t try to appeal on your own without first consulting with one of their attorneys.
