::Lori gave me incorrect advice, even printed out the documents for me in her office but the court she told me to file in did not hav jurisdiction which was the exact question I consulted with her about. You would think a divorce and family law attorney with so much experience as she states in her bio would know the ropes. Gave a great bullsh**t explanation when I asked for a refund of my consultation fee. Stay away

::Amateurs--literally. Vivano's firm lacks clout, muscle, or brains. We don't believe any of them have the standard family law specialist certification. Several Carpe Dicta members have seen her in action as clients or opponents, and we've been unimpressed on either side. Inattentive, and weak in conflict situations. Perhaps a good negotiator for cooperative situations, but lacks muscle for litigation. Style over very little substance. Attitude without intelligence. Poorly planned advice and little attention. One of our male members found her all female staff downright hostile. Perhaps women will achieve a better welcome.
