  Helpful store! I am transitioning from middle distance (5k / 10k) to long distance runner. This store was able to make knowledgeable recommendations to me regarding fuel belt / energy items. Also offered to let me refill my water on a run next time around the lakes! Didn't look at the shoes/apparel selection, but it appeared that they're well stocked.

  I have a hard time finding running shoes to fit my feet which are very wide. LRC has a large selection of shoes and Lauren did a great job finding just the right pair for me. Thanks!
