  Close enough to the airport to walk. Rooms are decently clean. Quality was as expected for the price.

  Not much to say. Didn't see bugs. When they"cleaned my room " they left behind a sock between the bed and the wall for me to find. I brought it to the front desk. They have short stay and the classic Jacuzzi room. What can I say ? It's a dive. It served its purpose.

  LAKELAND INN IS A DUMP FROM HELL.. THEY WANT TO PRETEND TO CHANGE SHEETS WHEN THEY REALLY DONT. THE RENT NON SMOMING ROOMS TO PPL WHO SMOKE IN THE ROOMS. THE HOUSE KEEPERS ARE DIRTY & THEY SMOKE WHATEVER & DO WHATEVER IN THE ROOMS THEY SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANING. AND THEY FORGE LEGAL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS.

  I wish I could rate this place a zero. It was HORRIBLE! !!! Hair was left in the sink, it smelled terrible of cigarettes in a non smoking room and had dirty blankets with burn holes in them. The carpets were horribly stained. We stayed for one night here, only because nothing else was available. My child walked around on the carpet for only an hour and his feet were black... that’s how gross the carpet was. Oh! and they have bright lights literally blairing in the windows that curtains can’t even block out. Who doesn’t like bright lights shining in their face while they sleep? Never again. GROSS!

  One young woman at the front desk was friendly. The price quoted is the total cost - taxes and fees all included. There's a diner right across the street, which is nice since there's no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Housekeeping was non existent. On a weekend stay, they never went into the room. Front desk area was untidy, rolled up rug edges were a hazard. They had an out-of-order pay phone and out-of-order snack machine. This would not be my first choice of places to stay. The price is the one positive thing about this place. No AAA discount, but reasonable cost per night.
