::I want to share my experience at THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC in Apex. I was obviously sucked in by the $29 consultation ad and found out quickly that my issue couldn’t be addressed by their services but not before I signed up for their wellness plan. After 2 visits I asked to cancel my membership and was told I had to pay at least 2 months and then it would cancel. I trusted the front desk staff that they cancelled my membership in Sept 2022 as promised. Unfortunately upon reviewing bank records in Jan I realized I was still being charged against my permission. I immediately notified the office and Katie so kindly offered to cancel my membership ASAP and notify the owner that I required a refund. Now a month later I have yet to receive my refund and I cannot get a response from the owner after repeated requests from the office staff as well as direct contact from me. It is very frustrating when you give a company permission to charge your card and they misuse your trust. It is equally frustrating when you are trying to get your money back and the company owner ignores your requests. I hate to leave a bad review but hope to keep others from having a similar situation.

::New patient just 4 visits thus far, all the staff seem very friendly and helpful, one of the Dr.s she's rather short and not able to perform all of the techniques as others cause the tables are to high for her "her words" so that's a bit of a disappointment. But still hopefull these sessions will be beneficial

::Came here with a nagging lower back pain and a pain in my leg that felt like a sore muscle that wouldnt go away. Felt an immediate relief after the first 2 visits and the pain was completely gone within 4-5 visits. Everyone I have met here has been professional and polite. Dr. Person especially was great, explained everything thoroughly and awnsered all questions. Thanks! Follow up.... Dr. Owen is amazing too. Work leaves me with occasional aches and pains in my lower back, Dr. Owen's expertise and strength is much appreciated!

::It’s a really nice, comfortable environment. I’ve never come and had to wait more than a minute or two. It’s nice that each doctor has a different technique. That way you can try them all and choose the one or ones that are best for your needs. For me, that’s Dr. Owen.

::8/9/22 I went to a chiropractor for the first time in my life, I picked The joint. Dr. Devan Peebles was my chiropractor that day, he was so welcoming so professional so genuine I was very impressed by his skills, passion and charisma. He listened to me, he was attentive to hear my case and why I’m here. I felt safe and in good hands. I appreciate you Dr. Devan, I felt the difference after my first visit. I had a different Dr. The second visit, my experience was totally different then had you back again in my third visit and I was super pleased, your work up hit the exact right spots! Just amazing and perfect! My only request, patients/clients with special cases (like mine) if possible to see the same Doctor that would make better sense (to me at least) instead of having to request them in every visit.
