  BEWARE! I took my zircon earrings to the Lake Mead location to be reset. Not only was the workmanship extremely poor, they chipped one of the stones. At first they tried to convince me that it was chipped already, hidden under a prong in the old settings. (The stones are oval and the chip was nowhere near the old prongs.) I found the chip right away with my own loop…took them forever to find it. I was then turned over to the Western Ave. location. When they removed my stone from the awful setting, they chipped it 2 more times!!! They finally offered to replace my stones while the owner tried to tell me “it’s only stuff". WHAT?!?! It may only be “stuff" to you! It’s not your “stuff"! They had sentimental value to me. They polished my stones and replaced them…unfortunately they replaced my zircons with synthetic spinels (less than 1/10th the value). My uneducated eye didn’t spot the difference, but you would think they would know or at least check. I'm not stupid enough to just believe without getting them checked out. Their website says, “Nevada's most trusted jewelers". I WOULN'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SHINE MY SHOES!

  Always a great experience !! Mordechai and the team are knowledgeable and professional. They can do anything you want, customize, modify whatever it is they do it so save yourself the time and energy of looking anywhere else.

  Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The owner spent so much time showing us many different diamonds. Truly a one of a kind jewelry store. Very professional!
