::I came here during end of May. It is centrally located in the medical area. Close to all of the hospitals. Most people usually go here because they are traveling far and visiting one of the hospitals either for family or for some type of surgery. It's still worth it compared to the other prices. It's fairly close to Fenway area and close to Backbay area. There are cafes near this place and it's connected to a food court so you have a few options. What's nice is they do have a fridge and a microwave. I was able to fit a case of champagne in the fridge.

::Stayed there for a couple days for a business conference in May 2018. The hotel AC/heating does not work well in rooms or event halls. The hotel's water cycles between hot and cold during showers on a regular cycle indicating a system problem. Rooms are small and overpriced. I have been in nicer $90/night hotels, and not lost $300 night on the worst mattresses Ive felt in a while. The staff was very nice however, and helpful. If you are going here for a conference, book at a nearby hotel instead to save money and be more comfortable. I do not recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to sleep above a food court.

::French onion soup is the BEST soup. But not the French onion they serve here. It’s sweet and awkward. The teryaki was really sweet too.

::The hotel manager was amazing! I felt that my requests were taken seriously and quickly. The only reason this is 4 stars is that I feel the accommodations could be renovated. Thank you!

::Currently staying at the hotel for one night. When I arrived at 330, I had to wait 20 minutes to check in, while my infant was screaming and their was only 2 people ahead of me. The hotel room was already paid for, I was told he still needed to run my credit card and was never told they were going to put a $50 hold on my card. The room I was given was not the room we booked. So small. Then about 7pm I called and told them my toilet hadn’t stopped running for over 45 minutes. My 4 month old finally fell asleep an hour later and not even 5 minutes later, loud banging at my door... an hour for a someone to come up and look at the toilet. Waking my daughter. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk would not let me talk to the supervisor. Then she finally got on the phone and stated they have multiple calls right now. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to, if it wasn’t a block from the children’s hospital I wouldn’t be.
