  The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I purchased a top that fit perfectly, but after an hour of wearing it to a meeting it ripped just from normal fabric pulling. I emailed customer service multiple times and did not receive a reply. I then called customer service during business hours, had to leave a voicemail, and still no reply. I would have understood if there was nothing they could do, but to not respond to emails is a TERRIBLE business practice. I will never be shopping here again!
