::I went in on a Tuesday evening, it wasn’t crowded at all. My friend and I sat down and got our first drink. The food, drinks and space was wonderful, but the service wasn’t as great. I think first off the lady who served us didn’t seem to be very interested to be there, and to serve us. She was running around seemingly flustered but it wasn’t crowded. Then when we finally were able to order some food, it took forever. Again it wasn’t crowded. She then apologized not in a friendly manner for my meal not being ready yet. My friend had gotten her meal and was waiting for my meal to arrive and so her meal got cold. Finally got it about 15 min later so then we ate our food. Food was delicious but it would have been nice if the waiter had been more helpful and friendly. It would have made the overall experience of this place worth visiting again.

::Great food, terrible service. Went in on a quiet Tuesday night and there was hardly anyone there. Took us 1.5 hours to finally get out of there. The waitress truly did not want to be there and it was apparent. I had to ask her for sweetener for my iced tea, a spoon for my bowl of soup and the bill after being done eating for 30 minutes.

::Stepped in to watch the NBA finals with two buddies. I will usually catch sports games here from time to time to avoid the egotistic meat heads that crowd the surrounding restaurant bars. The Hotel Bar is a low key bar, that offers beer, wine and cocktails. They have a fully staffed kitchen that dishes out high quality restaurant food. They do have a huge projector screen for easy viewing anywhere inside. The screen is not the clearest quality, but hey it beats standing the entire game at Firestone. The Hotel bar is not going to offer the die hard sports environment, if that's what your're after.
