  Very new and very clean property. Rooms are reasonable priced. Good cable TV, good internet service. Very nice desk staff.

  Very nice rooms, a little understaffed. When I went there was one poor girl doing everything from a folding table near the front door. Hopefully that was a temporary thing and they will have a real front desk at some point and a few more employees helping to check people in and handle guest issues.

  Hotel is separated from Casino but they do provide shuttle service. No covered loading/unloading area. No valet or bell service. Only food service in hotel is room service that includes an 18% gratuity. We had a "double queen" room but the beds were "full or standard" size, NOT queen. No drawers, shelves or cabinets to store anything. Even in the bathroom there wasn't even a towel rack to hang towels on. They also suggest to help "go green" by asking guests to use same bed linens and towels for three days before changing! Overall, room was clean and comfortable but pretty bare for what one would expect as their showcase property.

  We stay at the Hotel quite frequently and always have wonderful service throughout our stay. Gladys and the entire staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it has quickly become our favorite get-away spot. Thank you all for your attentiveness, smiles, and great service. We applaud you all! -the Oleas

  This place is amazing! Really cute decor and everything was new! Amazing staff and room service as well! I would definitely stay here again!
