  I received a delivery today from Honey Baked Ham. Harrison was my delivery driver and he was very nice and had great customer skills. I ordered the turkey classic and it was so delicious and fresh !

  Shoutout to Shannon for going above and beyond. She didn’t have to remake my sandwich but was gracious enough to do so. The service here is phenomenal and Shannon is a clear testament to that.

  I was very disappointed in my Christmas ham this year. Not only did my $108.00 ham have a lot of fat layers in it, but it did not have the crispy crust that it is famous for. It did not even taste like the ham I have purchased every year for a very long time. They no longer let you pick out your ham, so you don't know what you are getting before you leave the store. This has always been my Christmas gift to my family every year and we have always enjoyed them tremendously. All of us agreed it was very disappointing. I don't know what happened this year, but it was my last year I pay that much for a ham without seeing it first. I hate leaving bad reviews, but felt it was necessary as this ham was way below in quality what I have received in the past and expect for the price. So sorry to see this tradition in quality die.

  Disappointed that Honey-baked Ham did not offer Ham/Turkey slices this year for Thanksgiving or an alternative for 2-3 people. I was told it was because they were so busy. That was the most ridiculous response I could have heard. Thanksgiving comes the same time every year. DO BETTER IN THE FUTURE (respect ALL your customers ) and reduce the GREED !!!

  Me and my family have been customer's for about 30 years. Now it looks like HBH doesn't care about serving their customers. Tried ordering online need to pick order on Tuesday. The pick-up schedule would not allow me to pick up until 5:30pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I'm leaving town for the holiday on Tuesday. I tried to order on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, 1 week ahead. Tried to call in the order that I come to understand is absolutely not an option anymore. Doesn't matter because the just rings and rings. No answer! Guess all good things come to an end.
