  The manager of this store is incredibly arrogant. People at the customer service desk are extremely incompetent.

  Sales personnel is poorly trained. If you do not know the exact name of the product, or its location, they often are unable to guide you or even worse, often make wrong guesses about location of the product. This is in contrast to Lowe’s where employees are well trained to help you.
