  Two stars are for the fact that they have a decent stock. The lack of the other three are due to the poor customer service, lack of ANY help (I've been coming here for years and it has gone WAY down hill) and the long lines. If you can find it, good... Otherwise not a great chance you will get it.

  Good Home Depot location. I found what I needed at a good price. Easy to spot from the road, with plenty of parking.

  Kenny from "Appliances " was fabulous!! He went out of his way to help us find the particular toilet we needed..He was kind courteous and helpful..exactly why I always go to this location!

  I went to Home Depot because I needed a couple things. I had no idea where I was going to find what I needed. When I asked a worker then directed me exactly where I needed to go. I got what I needed and got right out. It was a very nice visit.

  Garbage. Spent $80 on Express Delivery from this store only to never be called and for the order to never be delivered. I called Home Depot Online support, who found out that the store were never intending to deliver my order in the first place. Why? The store had no answer. If fact, they hung up on the Home Depot Online CS Rep when she asked. It took her 3 more tries, after being hung up on twice, to finally get someone in the Paramus store to cancel my order. These guys have PROBLEMS. Taking $80 for delivery from a customer and then radio silence? Hanging up three times on a CS agent from your own company? Home Depot corp needs to shut this place down. What a clown factory.
