  The store itself is very good. However, hearing the employees badmouthing the customers in front me isn't a good idea.

  Clean store and very courteous staff. Found a great alternative to what I originally came in for...Checkout was quick!

  Scenario: I go to Home Depot to purchase a utility sink. I asked for help finding the sinks. The employee was helpful but had no knowledge of the department nor did anyone else. I asked if there were any hoses to connect the drain. Just a connection that fits and a hose... Simple I thought.. no I was passed around from one Dept to the next. Needless to say I got the utility sink from them and had to go to the my little local hardware store where I was helped out right away. It saved me a enormous amount of time and frustration. Lesson: Don't buy from Home Depot anymore. Buy from locally owned hardware stores. You pay a little more for a connection but you get a proper trained person who cares about keeping customers coming. I bought from this brick and mortar instead of online because they advertise that diy attitude. But when you get there you get associates muttering high maintenance customers. We pay for the interaction and the knowledge. Otherwise we are forced to shop online and my little hardware store will still be around. Hopefully----

  Always easy to get what you need. Easy to get in and out quickly. Remodeled store with easy to see signs.

  I have bought over $2,000 worth of material in just the past month. There has been many times that I have been there trying to find assistants and there's no one to be found. There has been other times where there has been three guys in one mile and no one stops to see if you need help. Especially in the aisle with the sheetrock is at there's two gentlemen there they can be talking to each other and they see somebody trying to get their attention and they don't even budge. We need more friendly and helpful people to assist customers and provide great service. We spend lots of money there and all the cashiers and other people are very helpful that when it comes to getting assistance there's lots of work to be
