  The worst experience ever!!!! I ordered the “double wall heavy duty medium box” with the express shipping. They sent me the “regular” medium boxes instead. I found out after I already used three of the regular boxes on packing. So I contacted the customer service for help, and I followed the instruction to bring the rest of the boxes back to the store and asked for the refund. So the lady at the return counter in the store refused to give me the refund for the boxes and the shipment fee after I told her my situation, because I didn’t bring all the boxes... Then I told her just charge me with the three regular boxes, and I want the rest to be refund. Yet, she insist to ask me returning every boxes so I can get the refund. So I went back, unpack the three boxes and come back again with all the boxes. This time with a different person helping me, they agree to refund me for the shipment fee, however they still charged me for the three boxes because I used those... Completely wasted of my time!! Most importantly, after I got home I found out that they charge me for the money of three “heavy duty boxes”, which I never use or receive at the first place!!!!! The used ones is just the one dollar regular boxes. First they sent me the complete wrong item, then the staff in the store never apologize, and ask me to bring them all the boxes for refund with rude attitude. At the end they still charged me with extra money for their mistake?! The worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!

  Purchased plywood ,gave exact measurements. Employee cuts it to long. Purchased wood for window sill, employee cuts it to short. I didn't know I had to double check Home depots employees work. Not happy.

  Helpful staff. Be smart, don't come during the busiest hours for the best experience.

  I go to this store very frequently, most of the time i know what I want to but sometimes O need help. Most associates are not helpful at all. However the reason for my review is there is an associate that had been very helpful to me Reggie (from hardware). He helped me at 2 different occasions when I couldn't find what i was looking for. I wouldn't have made the purchases without hia help.

  Currently on hold for the second time today... Called the "pro" line and then the main line and selected the department I wanted. Between the two calls I have been on hold for 12 minutes listening to Christmas music. Not the level of customer service I was expecting. OH finally got someone and she was RUDE AF! Don't bother calling, they won't help.
