  We found everything we needed immediately entering the garden department. The cashier assisted us and when she couldn't find the answer she called for help. She was patient n pleasant.

  Always love going staff is helpful and the selections they have in every department is huge. Only thing I dont like- is everytime I leave its after spending $100 or more. Lol

  The main store i shop at for my two stores. always a easy go in a grab whatever i need

  Customer service is poor compare to years ago. Service is rated like the Walmart of home improvement. Went in there ready to spend thousands of dollars but asked for help from 5 different employees and they have no idea where the item is at and just told me to go check out at various different places (which I did three times each). Years ago, employees will take the initiative and ask if you need assistance however not a single employee ask (too busy socializing and standing around with their hands in their pockets. Left without spending a single dollar and will just buy from Amazon. Train your employees on customer service....

  This Home Depot is adequate. It is smaller than other Home Depots in the Fresno area and does not stock the breadth of items or some of the higher end items found in other locations but you can order them. Sometimes inventory is out of stock for very common items. Still it is the only option in Southeast Fresno.
