  If you aren't familiar with the area -it'd be easy to drive right past the entrance (especially with folks driving fast behind you). I often come here to get supplies for odd diy projects. Often what I want they don't have it exactly. But when found, staff has been friendly & often gives suggestions. Because of how big the store is & how its laid out -It's easy to blend in & search at your leisure without folks bothering you. In contrast the Ace Hardware nearby is much more hands on and has a personal touch.. if you prefer that (probably because it's smaller ). Also my experience at this Home Depot has been better than the Lowest across the street.

  Had an awesome experience with the staff that helped us pick up our order. A huge thank you to Clay who helped us secure the refrigerator in the truck. The employees at Customer Service rocked!!!

  Third time they wasted my time! Sat there waiting for an employee to go over my door bid worth thousands and nobody could help. They were either at lunch and no one knew when they were coming back, or they didn't have an employee working that area. Lowes earned my exterior and interior doors... my sheetrock...tubs...and appliances etc. Not one employee asked if we needed something etc.

  I use their Store pick up service regularly and they're very quick to gather my large orders together. The clerks are friendly and welcoming every time I've gone to pick up my orders. I save a lot of time with the service in this store.

  Glenda in gardening really took the time to address all my inquiries today. I was not only pleased by her commitment to customer service, but her ability to simplify the entire process. She normally doesn't work on a Sundays, but she does come in every morning during the weekdays. Be sure to ask her for help. Additionally, Andie (Andrea) at the check out register was so nice and inquisitive about my experience today. I'm glad I was assisted by these two ladies today. They're exemplary employees. Thank you again.
