  They had a bit of a time finding someone to answer our technical questions, but eventually a staff member did come out who was very knowledgeable and willing to help.

  The employee from the floor Departmentt by the name of Freed came out of his Department to help me find what I was looking for search in his computer and walk me through the item best experience I ever had in Home Depot

  Checked website to make sure that 2" by 6" by 8' in Douglas fir were in stock. Website says 172 are in the store. So I drive 40 minutes to get the lumber and there are none in the store. I normally shop here and am happy with this store but this is a huge fail. Fix the inventory system... I should not have had to waste 2 hours on a Saturday because of poor inventory software!
