  An associate named Vinny who helped me today in the appliance department was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me locate a part for my stackable washer and dryer which is nonexistent in other stores more local to my address.

  First time painting my room this place made the experience so easy, giving me step by step instructions. Karl from the paint department was amazing and patient and answered all my questions perfectly

  Great selection with mediocre to very poor customer service. I stopped one employee near the window section for help today. He said to ask someone from that department. Fine. I finally found someone who could help me with window measurements but he told me "I have a customer waiting." Fine, but at least call someone else to help me. 15 minutes later, no one appears. I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

  I have been to this Home Depot probably over a thousand times and honestly have to say that the customer service is not always the best. The staff seems very unknowledgeable and they are less than interested and helping out. That doesn't go for everybody there are a few helpful people in the store that will go above and beyond and try to help you with your purchase.
