::Worst customer service. I waited for 30 minutes to some one to help after asking two different people. After that manager Mike just said, sorry we have busy day. Look the pictures of the busy day! This is maybe a joke about busy day? Or maybe someone is super busy dealing with personal business? Only big appreciation to Tony who helped me finally without making me wait more!

::I called just to ask a simple question about a water extractor and someone answered and told me to hold, then 20 minutes later someone answered, so I explained that I need to rent a water extractor for my apartment and she okay hold, then put me on hold another 25 minutes so I hung up. I guess they don’t have one person available to answer one quick question about renting a freaking water extractor. Good job losing business, Home Depot!

::I just bought a home and I've been in this Home Depot MANY times the past few weeks. I've been so pleasantly surprised at the customer service. I'm shocked at how many times an employee asks me, "Are you finding everything okay?" or "How can I help you?" Additionally, nearly every time I asked someone where an item was, they knew the aisle off the top of their head. When then didn't know, they pulled out their phone app and found its location.

::What an extremely slow process? I've ordered a simple pack of 6 faucet aerators on February 5th using their site to Store pick up. As of today Feb 14, nothing has materialized except two lame delivery route updates. This item probably weighs around 6 or 7 pounds and is being shipped from Ohio!? Are you kidding me? Not to mention the antiquated website compared to Amazon or even Walmart that provide much better user experience! No wonder that Amazon is eating most of retailers, yes including yours, lunch!

::It is conveniently located for those living in the Landmark area. The selection is varied and the store is well laid out. The staff is always helpful especially for someone like me who has limited do-it-yourself knowledge. The wait at the checkout counters and self-checkout are a bit long.
