  I'm giving Home Depot a four star only because of the hand full of five star employees they have. There are always a few good amongst the duds. The paint and door departments are where my most business had been since our house fire. The few associates that have helped me were patient, kind, spoke in a professional manner and went above and beyond in their service with me. I did not get everyone's name but you will know these individuals. I'm thankful to the paint manager and his dutiful drag that are committed to good customer service.

  I have been finding the home improvement items and gardening supplies that I need. What I cannot find in the store I order online. My returns have been effortless and pain-free. I like to come early on a weekday morning. There are less people and no lines at this time of day.

  This is my favorite bay area home depot. The store is always clean and the employees and management go above and beyond to take care of my needs as a customer. When I can, I always prefer this store even if I have to go out of my way to get here. Last time I bought some glue that had gone bad and they happily replaced it and gave me some of my money back as well. The products I need are also more often in stock at this location as well. Which is copper tubing, copper caps, wire rope and various glues.

  I always have a great experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is good, often have specials that are bargains. Wood & materiel are always stocked, rarely if ever low inventory. Parking is easy, other great shops nearby as well.
