  Bedding plant time. Lots of plants this week end. Got some purple vincas. They have so.e nice colors I have not seen before.

  I'm going to give 5 Stars because of the very helpful knowledgeable staff. Personally I can do without HD but, they continually have very good crew members. That's a good thing!

  The plumbing department guy (jim?) was very helpful, they didn't have any vessel sink risers though. He informed me of how I could get one shipped to the store for free or where I could find one locally if in a hurry.. the store was very busy and seemed very short staffed as I was one of about six people gathered around this one poor guy in plumbing on a Saturday afternoon.. He did know his stuff though.

  If I can give no stores I would. The absolute worst customer service, ever. I requested multiple times for assistance with a staircase hand rail. Instead of taking the time to consult with me I was given a finger direction to where the possible location would be. After going to every, which way of the store, what I was looking for was not there. I requested for my detailed assistance The employees priority was not customer service, but instead to placing material, equipment away. Very disappointed in this place. They got to remember at the end of the day, it's customer service.

  I really like the good prices, wide selection and usually a pretty good staff that knows their stuff, and not afraid to get someone else to help you if they don't. The place always feels like a hardware store, versus a retail store; sometimes messy, rough looking staff, and never pretentious. Just a little update (Jan 2018). Visited the appliance department twice, and was checking out Washers and Dryers. Bill was there each day, answering questions and going above and beyond to get the information I needed to find the right product. So, again I say, staff knows their stuff; thanks Bill!
