  Came in to have 2 keys made. After flagging someone down to operate the duplicating machine someone was paged. I had to call the operator to remind them that I needed help. Took 8 minutes for someone to arrive.

  The staff is super helpful, well-trained and efficient. I had a tricky return and they knew exactly what to do.

  Unfortunately the clerk who I was dealing with was quite Young and did not have a clue as to what she was doing. She was very sweet and courteous but I think half of the problem lies with your software and your training.

  Home Depot needs to hire some old timers who know how to actually fix things. The lever of the door handle came off of my kitchen door. I took it to Home Depot along with a photo of the lock set and asked a rep in the hardware dept what I needed to do to reattach the paddle handle. I spoke to 2 separate representatives and they both told me I needed to bring in the entire lockset for them to answer my question. Not knowing how to take the lockset off I checked I-tube for a how to video. This is where I found out that there is an little Allen wrench that you use to remove the paddle. I found the Allen wrench that came with the door handle and quickly used it to re-attach the paddle piece. Come on guys!!! How come you didn’t know enough about door handles to suggest to me that I try this before dismantling the entire lockset!
