Home Depot on Harrodsburg Rd. About ten employees but no cashiers. Only self check out. I really dislike self check out. Paper got stuck had to get someone to fix it. This was around 9:30 in am. This the thrid time no cashiers. I think from now on I will go to Lowe's.

The most unorganized business ever in the garden shop. Racks of marked down hanging baskets, some priced $5.00 and some $16.98, however, when taken to the register they ring up $19.98.......none marked like this outside and IMPOSSIBLE to get help. The plants are pitiful that went through the last frost but the prices are astronomical.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Home Depot located in Turfland Mall (off Harrodsburg Road) in Lexington Kentucky. I went there to buy an air compressor which I had already done research on. When I got there I found many Smiles but in particular four employees that were beyond being helpful! One was an older gentleman who worked in the tool department and it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable in his area. Another employee was the cashier that I met at the check out counter. She was super expedient, knowledgeable and very kind. The other two employees I salute (young men with strong backs!) helped me load the item I purchased (large air compressor). In fact, those two employees also help me to purchase a much larger and powerful unit than I came for... and at a huge discount! In the end I only spent one dollar over my budget!! Now that's What I call service. Thanks!!

Cannot say enough good things about this Home Depot. The staff is experienced and friendly. They always know the answer and are eager to help. You see the same happy faces over the years and the new staff is just as helpful. LOVE this store. They have helped me remodel my entire house basically by myself, repairs included. They installed my carpet and the experience from start to finish was great. Bob in rentals always goes over and above!
