  The store was very clean, and everyone was very friendly. The cashier Jennifer (who was a trainee) was great in helping me at check out. One item wouldn't scan so she typed it in manually. It still wouldn't come up in the computer so she manually looked for it in the computer. She was very friendly the entire time, apologizing for the inconvenience. Once she found it she made sure I was OK with the price of the item before completing the transaction. THank you,

  This is, by far, the best Home Depot in the area. Vastly different experience than the Union Stores. My son has been working on a project and has been in there several times in the last few weeks. People have remembered his name, have helped him find materials and even load the car for us. The cashier even wished him luck on his project; what a nice group of people!

  Went in to copy a file cabinet key for my company. After waiting 15 minuets for someone to come to the key section the guy took my key and told me it wouldn’t work because they don’t have a core, I replied I don’t know what that means? He responded by talking in Spanish and yelled it wouldn’t work work! and then asked what will I be doing with a copy of this key? To which I replied it’s for my company file cabinet, to which he made a sarcastic sign, handed my key back and walked away talking to a close by employee in Spanish who looked at me and laughed. I don’t think I ever walked out of a store so confused on why they didn’t want my money. For giggles I stoped by my local Home Depot who had me in and out with a copy in 5 minuets. I think someone should remind that employee if he’s so miserable maybe he should re think his career choices. Needless to say the company I represent and myself will no longer be shopping in this location.
