  I always buy In this store..I do painting and remodeling .i take care of 70 properties in las vegas and in this store always have everything I need to fix and paint my houses. .is bussy all the time ...but people whom work there they always happy to help customers and they are really friendly

  Bad service in a bad area. The only good part about this store is there are a lot of open box tools for cheap. It looks like someone steals stuff then returns it for the refund.

  I ordered a washer and dryer ( $1800) on April 5 was told that the were available to deliver on April 11. I had to requested April 11 off (Wednesday) to be able to be at home for the delivery a day after of the delivery got informed by the delivery people that my order was rescheduled for APRIL 26. I had to called the store they told me there's nothing they can do because it's a manufacturer's problem. I was going to change the set for any other set to be available anytime soon but now the problem was that home depot was full with delivery so I have to wait for April 26. Now I have no washer and dryer because i gave away my old set thinking that i was wonna get the new ones by April 11, and I have to go to the laundry to wash and dry till I get my delivery. I wished home depot could've offered me to pay for my laundry or to give me a washer and dryer to use till I get me new set. I got my new home depot credit card statement and I see that they are already charging me my washer and dryer even though I haven't received them......this is RIDICULOUS.

  I came in from Boise Idaho last week my mother and stepfather purchase a barbecue from Home Depot on Lamb Boulevard after waiting all the time to have it put together I went to pick it up for them and a big dent right dead front center another piece on the back side was messed up as well I told the guy in customer service (Roger) he told me there was nothing they could do I told him that was unacceptable we wanted a different barbecue then he proceeded to tell me they only have somebody come put barbecues together on Tuesday so there was nothing he could do for me and then again told him that was unacceptable so he called the store manager and told the store manager in front of me that this customer wants somebody (higher than God to tell him there's nothing we can do for him) I was absolutely shocked I told the guy the customer service in the store was horrible that I would never be treated like that at the Home Depots in Boise they care about their service and customers they would have never even sent a barbecue out that damage to a customer he perceives to tell me that they are the busiest store in the country and I don't know what I'm talking about their service is great just because you're the busiest store in the country does not make you have good service I could not believe how rude he was but in a nice way you can really tell the difference in the service from Boise Idaho/ Apache Junction Arizona from the service in Las Vegas I was so disappointed it ruined my whole day after arguing with them they finally gave me $75 off that's not what I wanted in any shape or form and then didn't even offer to have somebody help put it in my truck when you buy a brand new BBQ you expect it to look nice not be dented up and scratched and then be told you can wait or take this one the guy putting it together just doesn't care about his job or something because there's no way when he put that together you could not see it I could go on with a list of other problems but I think this is long enough so so so sad
