  Very good visit.Staff at the Newburgh store are so helpful. They literally go out of their way.I have been to this store several times in the past month , and I'm always very happy with staff. Very pleasant experience.

  Love There Houseplant Section!! There Supplier Susan was so Helpful!!! Clean.lots of parking.Home Décor.very nice.

  Once again Home Depot has proven that customer satisfaction in not a priority. This is not the first time I have had such an experience with Home Depot, upon contacting customer service about a defective ceiling fan, I was assured a replacement part was on its way to make me a satisfied customer.. a week or so has passed so I contacted customer service and discovered the part was on back order and not shipped. A courtousy call would have been the correct response to let me know of the seat, instead I left my fan apart and waiting for this fix. Instead they have proven the customer is not our concern. I have already destroyed my Home Depot credit card as well as my family members doing the same. I drive past the building and go to Lowe's even if it's for a 39 cent screw.

  Don't set your watch my any delivery schedule of theirs. Never, EVER hire one of their installers for anything, ever. Know what grinds me about them? You go to get the materials to do a job. Let's say it's electrical work requiring pipe, boxes, fixtures and little connectors and such. They'll have it all!!... Except 2 things. 2 simple, common things that no corporation with any understanding of supply are demand should run out of. Now you have to make another stop, typically at their competitors store. Complaining doesn't matter. You're dealing with 9$ /hour meatballs that could care less.
