  Terrible staff. The cleaning lady screamed and physically ataked me at the dressing area for using 2 towels instead of 1. The manager didn’t apologize to me. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

  I've have been going to gyms for 30 years. The most important thing for me is the house keeping and how tidy the place is kept. No gym is perfect but this comes damn close. Equipment is updated regularly and what's there is maintained very well. With gyms it does matter what you pay when it comes to upkeep. And for suburbia it's pricey but worth it.

  A friendly no pressure sales team, great Spinning classes (which is the sole reason I was there) with a great level of well maintained bikes and cleanliness. More facilities than I got to use. I would go back in a heartbeat ! Keep up the great work guys :)
