  I am sitting at gate c83 listening to the lady at the cash register ,(and I use the word lady lighty) saying the "f" word and "b" words while talking to another co worker appearently.! Talking so loudly the I think everyone at this end of the terminal could hear them! My service was less than a great experience, And I just got coffee, but what ever happened to hello and thank you and maybe a little smile! Wow!! I guess business just comes from us poor saps stuck here till our plane ride out!! I will stop somewhere before c83 and the""Grove" if I come again!!!!

  Bad customer service, maybe she shouldn't be a working morning shift if going to be grouchy! Smile, it doesn't hurt!
