::This was a good pub. It was great when I thought it was the "Headquarters of the Revolution". It turns out that one was destroyed sometime in the 1800s. That being said, the beer choice was really good.

::I liked it, but to all believing this is the original Green Dragon Tavern where the Revolutionary War heroes met, IT'S NOT. That Green Dragon Tavern was on UNION street and demolished in the 1800s. This Green Dragon, as far as I know, is the same as any Chinese restaurant called Green Dragon, that is, that it has no real connection to the historical Green Dragon Tavern on Union street, except the name. This pub may play homage to the original Green Tavern, but it shouldn't claim to be it. As a pub, it's of good quality for the price, not bad yet not exquisite, but it does have a lot of Boston character. The cover bands playing were very good. I had a good time there, but I felt bad for the non-pub-going tourists forking out money there only because they thought they were in a historical pub, when they were just in a standard good pub with a historical name. So enjoy it because of its current character, not its supposed past.

::One of the oldest bars in Boston! This place is with history, ambience and a great selection of beers. Do not hesitate and ask especially about the local ones...there are many to try, and they are proud of them. Also, there is a nice place to eat - not only a pub grub but local seafood as well. Their bartenders are very friendly, the service is good. They have their own Green Dragon beer which I recommend....

::Live entertainment on weekend with no cover. Love this place. Only ate here once and it was over a year ago. I think it was decent. Great place to have a beer though.

::The food is AMAZING and very worth the price (which is super cheap). My boyfriend has a severe allergy which our waitress did everything to make sure he'd be okay. They were super busy so she gave us free dessert. I rarely get dessert but the banana chocolate marble cake is so good!
