  They have free yoga on Wednesday, and they are creating fire 🔥 fighters! Everyone there is motivated and very dedicated. I admire the work being done at The Great Ape Gym 💪

  Perfect environment for training! Great place to start if you are serious about becoming a firefighter. These guys and gals can help direct you to the path for success. You have to do the work and you have to be open to their training and advice. Don't skip Kim's yoga! It helps you train your breath and mind.
