  Cheers for sales rep Merrie Kastner for her knowledgable, friendly, service and patience in answering all my questions on arch supports. Merrie really showed concern and wanted to help my resolve my foot problems resolve and should be recognized for her service. Kudos also to floor mgrs and staff for their input and putting up with my lousy jokes. My foot pain has decreased & I haven't felt this good in quite some time. Thank you Good Feet Store. Rainbows and Unicorns all around!

  I had foot surgery years ago and have tried all those “memory foam” shoes am so forth and so I had just gotten use to the pain of being on my feet 10-15 hrs a day as a teacher. I have had my supports for 1 year and have been extremely satisfied with how it has changed my lifestyle. I am on my feet ALL day. Initially was skeptical because yes they do give you a grand presentation of the product before talking numbers, but to be honest if I had walked in and they greeted me with “today your total will be $800,” I would have just left. The investment has definitely worth it for me. Also some healthcare plans cover it, mine did. By lunchtime my feet were in so much pain, my feet were feeling like jello. I literally had to sit down after 1pm, But now, I am getting through the day with much more ease. Lol I feel like one of those paid infomercials, except not paid. Seriously great support of a great product and a year later anytime I go there or call they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Initial cost was around $1,000 and replacement supports are $24, but the foam inserts cost me $172 for a 3-pack that lasts me a year. For me, it has been worth it to be finally rid of that aggravating pain, I’m not even that old but the work I do with the pain I had in my feet before made my feet feel unusable after 12pm without my good feet supports. You get what you pay for and good feet supports are the Cadillac of shoe supports.

  BUYER BEWARE!!! I ended up buying things I said I did not want. Didnt even realize until i got home. Wow! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! You will sign paperwork you won't get a copy of. You will also be sold other things you don't need like inserts. I have 3 each are $24. Ionly needed one.

  I was in severe foot pain and desperate for pain relief. I had purchased 4 different pairs of shoes to try to fix my issues. I finally went to this store for help. The cost for the orthotics was over $1200. They are NOT custom built for you like they would have been from a podiatrist. The cost at a podiatrist would have been $400 with a foot casting to be perfect for your foot. After 3 weeks of using their products I went back into the store because I was in more pain than when I started. I was given a second set to try. I went in again a week later and was told to wear the relaxer to get my foot to adjust. Two months later I just went to a podiatrist because I can barely walk and I am loosing time at work to accommodate my foot pain. The podiatrist said that I could have gotten the same pair of inserts for $29 from phase 4 orthotics. There are other stores that also sell these products even cheaper! If you are just interested in getting an off the shelf product like the good feet store has, save your money and shop elsewhere. Otherwise, go to a podiatrist who will treat the issue. Even if you need custom made orthotics, that will only cost $400 compared to the $1200+ I paid to the good feet store!

  I am a dental assistant and am on my feet all day. My foot pain was so bad that I couldn't wait to get home to prop my feet up for a couple of hours. I have been using my custom insoles for over two years now and I have no complaints. I use them for work, to workout and even in my flip flops. I recently stopped in to have my insoles checked and Troy, the associate who worked with me, was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable in my new insoles and if I had any questions, not to hesitate to contact him. I didn't have to wait and was able to get back to work with plenty of time. I will definitely refer anyone with foot, knee or leg pain to the Good Feet Store.
