  Four years ago I came to dc to meet who soon to be my gf for the first time. I stayed here when it was called canal inn. As a matter of fact she booked it for me. We had our first night here. This place will always have a special place in my heart

  Great place to stay in the heart of Georgetown. Rooms were clean and felt like being at home. Would recommend to friends and family

  Convenient, comfortable and clean. Only reason not to go to 5 stars: My only negative is that ROOM 6 has a window to the hallway it shares with room 7. That hallway light - when on - fills the whole room with light. The blinds don’t block out the light.

  It's a good location and cute little place with proximity to a lovely street of high end shops and restaurants. But small size of rooms and lack of soundproofing left a lot to be desired (it's a pretty old house). However, the price was unbeatable for the time I was staying there and I'd be happy to stay there again.
