  I truly did not enjoy being yelled at by the parking attendant who was aggravated about a disabled vehicle. Perhaps he should have thought to put up a barricade so that customers couldn't access level 3 of the garage, instead of screaming that he can't get anything done because of (expletive) cars that don't know not to go to that level. Another attendant tried to give me keys to a Nissan instead of my Kia.

  Very tight and confusing signage. I parked there for a Pens game and was almost hit head on by another car going the wrong way on the ramp because of the signs and the confusing way they had it blocked. I'd rather pay a little more than run the risk of death.

  Not enough space for handicapped parking. It's 3 vehicle handicapped parking but only 2 vehicles can fit or one van with a wheelchair lift.

  Good parking garage for Penguins games. $13 to park on game day and a easy walk to arena.

  Extremely limited space and pretty simple employees. Also, was wearing a knee brace and couldn't find an elevator. Would recommend parking anywhere else.
