  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pushy sales. Helped pick the right instrument for my daughter and even gave some tips because they play the same instrument.

  Best music store in the world! The staff has always been incredible, and the gear is to die for. Their repair shop, and selection are truly world class. They're single handedly keeping the plectrum banjo alive in AZ! I'm sad I don't live in the state anymore, but plan to be back soon!

  Extremely friendly. Good selection of many types of folk acoustic instruments and they let you play most of them. Somewhat limited array of different brands, thus 4 stars. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.
