  I went to flame broiler two times last week and both times my order was wrong which is a challenge to do considering there are only five ingredients in the bowls. The first time it was missing the green onions, but the second time it was missing the rice (which is pretty much half of the bowl). The food itself is ok for a healthy-ish and fast lunch option. I definitely wish they had more options to add, such as a bigger selection of veggies and sauces. I will continue to go back because it's convienent and fast.

  Wok cooked beef or chicken atop rice or veggies. Tastes healthy and fresh without all the usual salt/sodium/msg nonsense. Watch for coupons in mail or online. Nice staff good customer service.

  Love this place. Perfectly portion controlled rice veggies with the right amount of tasty proteins. I am in here once a week when I don't meal prep my lunch for work. It hasn't disappointed me yet.

  Pros: Love the food, my favorite place to go for a healthy meal. Sauces are delicious. Cons: The employees need roles.. everyone is so confused as to what they should be doing every time I'm in there. It's a simple assembly line that gets chaotic between the employees. If the sauces were pre-poured into the to-go cups, it would reduce the traffic around the sauce station.
