::I had an opportunity to visit this facility on 5/12/18 and I must say I was impressed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially the CNA on the fifth floor. It was clean and the patient were well cared for, even the food looked good lol. The decor was impressive, with spacious room. Two thumps up for this place, keep it up.

::ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS, BUT IT WILL NOT POST WITHOUT IT. There has been NO AIR CONDITIONING for Two (2) days and today is Friday and they told us that the "company" will not send someone out until Monday. Meanwhile, it is over 90 degrees inside and my friend who is a patient there is flushed, red like a tomato, and cannot be kept under such conditions. He was sent there to get HELP and REHAB and I fear he will die unless this is fixed. That is a RIDICULOUS response and nobody will help us. This facility should be FINED and CLOSED before they kill all of their patience. THEIR JOB IS NOT JUST TO TAKE MONEY

::The staff was kind and very helpful. The new check in system was convenient and simple to use. Very spacious and plenty of room to accomodate everyone while spending time at the center.

::The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a great location for my grandfather to be in because of how helpful the staff are to their clients (patients), and how loyal and dedicated they are to their job. The staff made the adjustment from the hospital to the rehab center smooth for my grandfather. For these reasons, I would recommend this facility to all.

::Having moved from her home of 30 years, my family was concerned about moving our loved one to a rehab and nursing home. Five Towns Premier could not have made the process any easier. The facility is beautiful. But, the beauty of the facility is surpassed by the people working there. While our loved one was among the newest new admissions, we knew the adjustment for both our loved one and the workers would be great. Approaching a few weeks of our loved one's stay, my family is overjoyed with her well being. For sure, they will need to hire more people as more people are admitted. However, I am confident that they will be hiring only the best possible employees. I wish the facility success. For my family, their success will be measured by our loved one's well being. For now, all is well.
