::This apartment community is the worst. Management censors free speech by removing any negative social media post they have control over. They require you to provide all of your vehicle information and tow your car regardless. I've now had my car towed twice out of my own reserved spot and my car has been damaged both times. Security is a joke. Packages get stolen all the time. A woman was mugged in the garage a few weeks back. Cars are being broken into. They accept housing vouchers so there are plenty of unsavory characters in these buildings. Avoid this place at all costs. I've worked for 5 years in the apartment industry and I've always been understanding of managments perspective, but this place is a mess.

::The apartments in the Element building are gorgeous, they really give you that high rise luxury feeling. The apartment units have floor to ceiling windows as shown in my living room below. I believe there's thick concrete walls, so I never hear my neighbors either. All of the Mercantile/Element staff are amazing, in regards to the management, maintenance, front desk services, security, and even the janitorial services! Everyone is so nice and friendly! When I put in a request with maintenance, things are fixed the very next day, if not the same day. The custodians keep it spotless, even when irresponsible residents don't pick up after their pets, the janitorial services will have it cleaned within 30 minutes. Management is very responsive, they will answer any questions via the online Resident Portal, or you can book a meeting with them in the leasing office the following day. Also, the 24-hr front desk services is my favorite bonus feature of the complex, because they not only help with visitor access/deliveries, but is a great convenience for package pick-up or if we have a security/noise concern.
