::I wondered why there was pretty much only chicken on the menu.... It's a must have! The sides are great as well. Pick whatever you like from the selection and you will not be disappointed. About the drinks, they are STRONG! Worth the cost.

::If you've never been here DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND COME HERE. They have some of the best southern style cooking in the area for sure! Their drinks are so great too, I highly recommend their Bourbon Punch. Some of my favorite items are their mac & cheese, picked country veggies, and their fried chicken sandwich (try it with the grilled cheese bread instead of the regular bread) Update: even better reason to love them! I went there last night, and there was a problem with our sandwich. I let our server know, who was very apologetic, and the chef came out and ended up coming out to personally apologize as well even though we weren't even the slightest upset. Come time to pay our check, they comped our ENTIRE meal (drinks, 2 apps, 2 sides, 2 sandwiches). I wasn't looking for any compensation, but they were so kind and genuinely felt bad. I left them a hefty tip, because they honestly are the best!

::Family style restaurant, which mean big sides and main dishes meant to share. They are pretty good about indicating how many people each dish will serve. I really enjoyed the Mac n cheese and Spoon bread. They specialize in fried chicken for a main course. The breading for the chicken is was exceptional to me but I don't eat a long of fried chicken so I'm on really the person to ask. Lastly the pricing was a bit better than I expected. This place has a unique bar restaurant environment, where the space between bar and restaurant has a blurred line. This sets in after 9 on a Friday.

::Down a star because parking is tricky at best. Love the family style service! We had fried chicken, greens, mashed potatoes and fries. Greens were very good...so was the chicken and the fries. I could miss the potatoes again, but that's likely because I like mashed potatoes, and I like horse radish, but I guess I don't like putting the two together. Service was good. Nice beer selection. Great ambiance.

::My favorite place in Indy! Best fried chicken I can find! The overall experience has always been fun and delicious! Family style servings so you need to order enough for everyone to share! Must try the greens if you like them! Every time we have a guest come visit we always make sure to come here and eat! Please try The Eagle it will not disappoint!
